The Lawrence and Lee Theatre Research Institute's French Collection holds the Lucien Bonheur Collection which consisits of correspondence and other materials documenting the French Drama Society in New York in the early 20th century. Also, an extensive collection of 18th- and 19th-century scripts from theatre magazines; a print collection of Les Theatres de Paris hand-colored prints of actors; the Louis Robin Collection of correspondence and photographs from the late 19th, early 20th century to Robin from Comedie-Francaise and other French actors; and finally the Sophie Vielle Collection of scripts, slides, videotapes and other materials documenting clothing design shows of French Theatre.
