COVID-19 operating procedures:

Masks: In accordance with University policy, masks must be worn in the library common areas at all times.
Cleaning: All library users are asked to clean their study spaces upon arrival and departure. A sanitation station with wipes or cleaning spray will be provided. Library staff will provide additional cleaning of high-touch areas.
Occupancy limits and physical distance: Please check in at the front desk when entering the library to ensure that we comply with reduced density requirements. Furniture and computer stations have been arranged for physical distancing according to University guidelines. Please do not move furniture.
Food and drinks must be consumed outside the library.
Access to physical library materials:
University Libraries & OhioLINK material borrowing: Requests for physical library materials can be placed through the Libraries' online catalogs. Once your item arrives, you will receive an email notification. Contact-free pick-up may be available upon request. Expect delays due to COVID-19 protocols.
Local book & journal collections: Access to the physical library stacks on the second floor is closed. Library users can request and borrow these materials using the Libraries' online catalogs.
Contact-free book returns: Contact-free book returns are available at each library location. There is an exterior book return available at Thompson Library. Returned materials will be quarantined for 5 days before they are checked in. Items will remain on your library card until checked in. Receipts will not be issued at time of return because items are not checked in immediately.
Computing / Printing / Copier Services: Printing wirelessly from your laptop, tablet, or mobile device to campus lab and library printers is available for most locations, including the Agricultural Administration Building. There are three public workstations available in the library.
Group study rooms: The collaborative / group study rooms in the library are closed and cannot be reserved this semester.
