Librarians

Our knowledgeable librarians, exceptional staff and skilled specialists support research and creative endeavors and advance teaching and learning initiatives. We are organized into disciplinary cohorts to help faculty, students and researchers navigate the current and complex information landscape.


Teaching and Learning

Teaching and Learning focuses on undergraduate student success and instructor development and support. We do this through leadership and guidance that directly impacts and indirectly supports education, information literacy and lifelong learning.


Research Services

Research Services supports faculty, graduate and undergraduate student researchers advance innovative research and creative expression.

As a research hub, Research Services and the Research Commons guide scholars through all phases of the research lifecycle to connect with the university’s extensive network of research-focused resources, tools, centers and experts.


18th Avenue Library Operations

The 18th Avenue Library offers 24/5 services and study space, and houses science and engineering collections, the Music and Dance Library and the Research Commons, supporting the continuous operations of department libraries.


Professional and Organizational Development

Professional Development advances growth and development of the Research and Education division.
