Established in 1965, The Ohio State University Archives serves as the official memory of the University. Since then, the Archives has collected more than 30,000 linear feet of manuscripts materials and roughly 2 million photos and other images to serve this purpose. From a copy of the Cannon Act that created the original Ohio Agricultural and Mechanical College to the electronic correspondence of recent OSU Pres. Karen Holbrook (2002-2007), the Archives has a wide variety of materials to help researchers create their own interpretation of OSU history.
