The Digital Media in a Social World Conference at Ohio State University runs April 1-2. The theme is “Make Your Own Education,” and the keynote speaker on April 1 is Mark Frauenfelder, one of the founders of the Boing Boing blog and Wired Online.   Other speakers on April 1 will focus on Ohio State activities; the program on April 2 will emphasize state and regional speakers and issues.

There will, of course, be a copyright session on April 2, when I will facilitate a discussion that uses the documentary “Copyright Criminals” to discuss what is right and what is legal when using copyrighted work.
