This exhibit, converted from a physical exhibit in Thompson Library, presents items from the University Archives to exemplify The Ohio State University’s first 150 years.

A number of individuals gave their time and expertise to create this exhibit. First and foremost, the exhibition could not have been possible without Tyler Osborne and Kevlin Haire, who spent countless hours selecting items from the Archives. The University Archives’ staff appreciates the generous assistance of Ken Aschliman and Justin Luna from University Libraries and Gayle Strege and Marlise Schoeny from the university’s Historic Costume and Textiles Collection. Our gratitude also goes to the Air Force ROTC, the Department of Athletics and Jose Diaz.

Thank you to AEP for their financial support of the exhibit which allowed us to dream big.

Finally, this exhibit could not have been possible without the many donors who gave their collections, artifacts and memorabilia to the Archives and particularly to the University Archives’ staff who have collected the university’s memories since 1965.
