Last day for room reservations this semester is April 21, 2026.

Recognized student organizations in good standing with Student Activities may reserve rooms for up to two hours at no charge. Requests must be submitted online at least one week in advance.

When making your room request as a student organization, please indicate the full recognized name (no nicknames or abbreviations) of your student organization in the Reservation Summary field of your request form.

You will receive a response to your request within three business days.
