Summary	The new ambassador to Thumb parachutes onto the island. The leader of the movement tells his partner that no revolts succeed without help from the outside. Once they proclaim their movement, ambassadors will drop on them like rain. The new ambassador to Thumb lands on top of the head of the revolt.
