Summary
  • An USG official is talking about what he does and the USG. He has a "USG" button on his suit that is upside down. He talks about the USG Magicard that offers discounts on tires, bagels, etc. He can even take his girlfriend over for a casual abortion. The last panel has a picture of the USG Magicard. Under it says: "DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!"
