- Alley gets out of jail. He is told to stay out of trouble and keep his mouth shut. The King walks by Alley and he doesn't salute him. That upsets the King. A group of kids are playing with water balloons on the rocks and they accidentally hits the King with one. The King thought it was Alley doing it so he has Alley arrested again.
