  • Rosie's Beau: Archie talks with Rosie on the phone. He tells her he can't talk because the boss and he are in a big meeting. He tells her he will be home early and they can talk. He leaves work and is excited to get home to be alone with Rosie. He opens the door and the house is filled with people. Rosie tells him some of her relatives dropped by and he must meet them.
  • Bringing Up Father: Maggie tells Lord Onbread he can borrow the roadster to come to dinner tonight. Nora comes crying to Jiggs that Maggie loaned Lord Onbread her car and he is coming to dinner. Jiggs has an idea and calls the police reporting their roadster has been stolen. Lord Onbread doesn't show up for dinner and Maggie wonders where he is. Jiggs says he must of been detained.
