Summary	As Jack, Connie and Dr. Chrono talk, the man who arrested him comes to them. He tells them he is going to take them to their homes. They go in the tunnel to the underground highway. Meanwhile, the guy who escaped the seaplane murders a guard and dresses in his clothes. Jack, Connie and Dr. Chrono's guard tell them one of their citizens has been murdered. The murderer was wearing clothes like theirs.
