Summary
  • A man tells Jiggs to get his wife flowers, it will bring out the best in her. Jiggs stops at the flower shop and gets roses and gives them to Maggie. She starts crying because he has never given her flowers until now, why wait so long. Women were going to visit Maggie but hear her wailing and think Jiggs has beaten her. They start gossiping about it.
