  • A man is getting a manicure. He asks what happened to a big fat guy that would come in often. She tells him he was stingy, he had six fingers and two thumbs on each hand. As she is giving the man a manicure his fingernails keep growing. They grow and grow and grow. He wakes up from the dream. His wife tells him he should not have eaten the rarebit last night.
