Summary	A man sees a catfish on the street. It asks him if he knows where he can get a drink. He gives the catfish a smoke and asks a policeman if he knows where he can get a drink for someone. The catfish tells him he is dying, he needs a drink. He wakes up and pours a glass of water saying the rarebit made him thirsty.
