Description	Puck cover tearsheet from December eighth, 1880. Published by Keppler & Schwarzmann at their office on no. 21-23 Warren St, NY. Plays on a speech given by Henry Bergh in which he said he desired a steam machine which would not be vulnerable to political corruption. Depicts Bergh and Garfield being spanked for "cruelty to men" and "defeating Hancock" respectively.
