Summary
  • Thimble Theatre: Castor sees Ham who he hasn't seen for a while. He gives Ham the cold shoulder because Ham owes him four bits. Ham tells him he is a millionaire, he found gold. They take the gold and go out to dinner. They go to pay with the gold and the waitress tells them they are just rocks, also known as fools gold. They get beat up and thrown out of the restaurant.
  • Sappo: John tells Mr. Squeem he caught a fish four feet long. Mrs. Squeem tells him at first he told him three feet long. He tells John he doesn't know what he is talking about. He proves it by drawing a figure on a paper. John tells him it’s a woman, then he changes his mind and tells him it's a man. Mr. Squeem proves his point.
