Summary
  • Dagwood accepts a C.O.D (collection on delivery) package for Herb and Tootsie, paying $8. He brings it over to their house when he notices Herb has come home. They open the package, and to their dismay find that Tootsie has ordered a shortie angora bed jacket. Then, Herb refuses to refund Dagwood for accepting the package and they fight. Dagwood storms angrily home after Herb throws him out and tells Blondie that he just bought Tootsie a shortie angora bed jacket.
