Description	Puck tearsheet from a two-page spread publish on November 11th, 1892. Lithograph done by J. Ottmann at the Puck building in NY. Depicts Uncle Sam, standing in front of the White House, holding a giant version of his own hat. Benjamin Harrison, who was president at the time, was greatly critcized by Puck and others for spending away the surplus left to him by Grover Cleveland.
