Summary
  • Fred is on the roof of the house pretending to be a ship captain. His shoe falls down the chimney and asks for the father's help. The father climbs up and uses his fishing pole to try to retrieve the shoe from the chimney. Blooper comes up the ladder and tells the father he won't have any luck because the river is two blocks south of there.
