The Holly Hill Papers contains scrapbooks documenting her activity as a theatre critic, actress, and author and include reviews, photographs, correspondence, and programs. Also included in the collection are materials related to her dissertation about Terence Rattigan, extensive professional correspondence with the theatre editor of The Times of London, and correspondence related to her book Playing Joan. In addition, the collection contains audiocassettes of interviews with a number of distinguished American and British actresses who played Saint Joan in Bernard Shaw’s play, and interviews with Terence Rattigan, Harold Clurman, Henry Hewes and others. 17 of those interviews are represented here.
