Summary
  • Jungle Jim: While Kolu is taking the cablegram to town Jim is at camp shaving. He sees a lion in the mirror and escapes just in time. He runs toward the cage, the lion following. Jim is able to get out of the cage. He hears a gunshot and runs to find Kolu sprawled on the ground.
  • Flash Gordon: Thun is about to kill Flash, who turns over. He explains things to Thun and Thun tells him they will be friends. Flash tells him the emperor is holding Dale and plans to marry her. Thun shows Flash a "projector" where Flash can mentally talk with Dale. She has given up hope and tells him not to try to save her. Flash and Thun enter a tunnel and encounter Tsak, the two-headed guardian of the tunnel.
