Russell is now a certified scrum master and certified product owner. Yesterday, he facilitated several Scrum events: a story writing workshop, planning poker, PO prioritization, and sprint planning. Here is what we decided to focus on this week:
- Make slight revisions to the proposed branded WordPress theme
- Spike Fedora/Hydra
- Train new devs on server setup
- Attend PCI security training
- Document patron load
