  4. Go to the My Documents tab.

  6. Categorize/tag, add narrative, limit access, and publish as appropriate.

Housekeeping Tips

  • Let’s use this transition as an opportunity to clean up old content, so only migrate content that really needs to be moved.
  • As soon as you upload the document into the new document registry, make sure to delete copies of that document from all other locations.
  • Please do not re-upload a document into CarmenWiki, CMS, or elsewhere; copy and paste the link to the document.
  • If you have questions about retention of any documents for records or archival purposes, please contact Dan Noonan or Tamar Chute.

Where is the new staff intranet?

The document registry is just one feature of the old intranet. All other content, such as news, events, links to important resources, From the Director blog, and emergency information, is now available at go.osu.edu/osulstaff. This new site is maintained by Larry Allen in Communications. Please bookmark/favorite the page and check it out daily.
