Tomorrow at 5:00 pm, Information Technology will unveil an updated Hub at https://go.osu.edu/hub. Changes include:
- Renamed Hub to OSUL Services Hub, because the Hub is no longer just for IT requests.
- Clarified some confusing wording. For example, “Submit a New Issue” is now “Get Help”.
- When you log in, you now land on the request forms (rather than the page with the 3 big buttons).
- Added a link to the IT Service Desk’s frequently asked questions.
- Applied new university branding and the Libraries’ secondary signature.
