Photocopies and photographic reprints of materials in our collection are available. Normal service time is seven business days. This does not include mailing time.
Fees
Photocopy and PDF scanning fees: Photocopies and PDF scans are free for the first 100 pages and then become $0.15 per page afterwards, including the first 100.
Paper photocopies sent via USPS are $0.25 per page.
Fees for high-resolution scans of documents and photographs: $10.00 each.
Images will be scanned at 300 dpi and 100% size, provided in TIFF/JPEG format, and processed in Adobe RGB color profile unless otherwise specified. Images can be sent electronically or added to a CD or flash drive provided by the patron at no additional cost. CDs provided by the Archives can be purchased for an additional $5.00 charge.
Publication and Commercial Use:
Usage fee: $60.00 per scan. Ask the Archivist for details.
DVD/Videotape duplication: $15.00

Payment:
Payment in advance is required. Ohio sales tax may apply. Credit card payments, personal checks, money orders, or payment orders via Workday in the exact amount payable to "Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center Archival Program" are preferred.
