Andy Kier is the program coordinator for non-Roman language cataloging in the Collection Description and Access Department at the Ohio State University Libraries. He coordinates, evaluates, and supervises the non-Roman languages cataloging section, developing and implementing workflows to efficiently and effectively catalog collections material in languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian and other Slavic languages, and Greek. His interests include Slavic linguistics research and composing/performing music (bass, guitar, and piano).
