Quanetta "Q" Batts is the Program Director for Outreach & Engagement at University Libraries. In that role, she provides leadership and cultivates relationships with community partners on campus and in Central Ohio. Batts coordinates University Libraries’ Mary P. Key Diversity Residency program, the Expanding Visions Foundation summer internship, staff wellness programs and Project Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio. Q is an exceptional project manager who is often the lead coordinator for conference planning, which includes developing the agenda, registration management, securing sponsorship and logistics for 20 - 4,000 attendees. She is an experienced workshop presenter and trainer covering topics such as negotiation strategies, project and event management, the power of networking and business etiquette.  Her office also provides programmatic and logistical support for special events and employee activities at University Libraries. In April 2019, Q was recognized with the university’s highest staff recognition, the Distinguished Staff Award
