Archival Collections
The Ohio Public Policy Archives preserves collections that document the work and influence of Ohio’s leaders in public service. While the majority of our holdings are congressional collections representing members of Ohio’s delegation to the U.S. Congress, we also maintain select political collections that reflect broader policymaking and civic engagement. Below is a list of these collections.

- William M. McCulloch (R - Piqua); served the 4th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1947-1973
- Donald E. Lukens (R - Middletown); served the 24th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1966 to 1971 and the 8th Ohio District from 1987 to 1990
- Chalmers P. Wylie (R-Columbus) served the 15th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1967-1993.
- William B. Saxbe (R – Ohio); served in the U.S. Senate from 1969-1974 and United States Attorney General from 1974-1975
- Ralph S. Regula (R - Navarre); served the 16th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1973 to 2009
- John H. Glenn (D - Ohio); served in the U.S. Senate from 1975 to 1999
- Deborah D. Pryce (R - Upper Arlington); served the 15th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2009
- Patrick J. Tiberi (R - Worthington); served the 12th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2001 to 2018
- Mary Jo Kilroy (D - Columbus); served the 15th Ohio District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2009-2011
- Milton A. Wolf served as ambassador to Austria from 1977 to 1980; was a close associate of John Glenn and former Ohio Governor Richard Celeste

Nuclear non-proliferation
The John Glenn Archives provide a rich perspective on U.S. policy toward nuclear proliferation in South Asia. The collection documents legislative strategies, diplomatic efforts, and public discourse surrounding India and Pakistan's nuclear programs from the 1970s through the late 1990s.
Franklinton Floodwall
The Franklin Floodwall protects Columbus Ohio from a history of flooding. Material related to the legislative history of the floodwall can be found in at least three collections within the Ohio Public Policy Archives - Chalmers P. Wylie papers, the John Glenn Archives , and the Deborah Pryce papers.
