Scope and Contents
The Ohio State University, University Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer for Investments Records contain financial and administrative records and publications. Many of these files come from the Office of Ernest Leggett, who served first as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Treasurer until 1971, then as Executive Director of Finance and University Treasurer. There are also extensive files on the litigation the University was involved in with the Phi Delta Kappa Educational Fund.
