The Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs is an active subsidiary member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC), as of 2018. The goal of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, a national organization, is to provide community outreach through volunteer work. The Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs, established in Springfield, Ohio, in 1894, carries out community service programs throughout the state of Ohio and offers five different scholarships.
