As of 2018, the Pre-Dental Club is a student organization at Ohio State University. It was founded in 1971 and is an active club as of 2018. Membership is open to any student interested in a career in dentistry. The purpose of the group is help members know what to expect from a dental career by learning about the field of dentistry, dental school coursework, and the dental school application process. Past activities include Dental Careers Day and guest lectures from dental school faculty and practicing dentists.
