The Columbus Entomological Society was a student organization at Ohio State University founded in 1936. It organized guest speakers, movie screenings, and social events for undergraduate and graduate students interested in entomology, entomology faculty, and other entomologists in the Columbus area. Officers consisted of one senior student, four graduate students, one off-campus advisor, and one on-campus advisor. The Society existed until at least 1966.
The Ohio State University, Columbus Entomological Society Records contain minutes, membership lists, reports, and other administrative files. Collection materials are dated 1936-1966.
