 Historical Note

The Student Horticultural Society was a student organization at Ohio State University, founded in 1915 or earlier. The purposes of the group included promoting interest in horticulture, sponsoring social activities, and providing leadership opportunities. It existed until 1964 or later, and was not active as of 2018.

The Ohio State University, Student Horticultural Society Records contain a certificate, scrapbooks, photographs, and the Snoop Scoops newsletter. The materials are dated 1940-1961.
