            <p>As of 2018, Pi Kappa Alpha is a social, college fraternity with chapters across the United States and Canada. The society was founded in 1868 at the University of Virginia, and the Alpha Rho chapter at Ohio State University was established March 30, 1912. Its purposes include personal, moral, and academic development and leadership, as well as community service. As of 2018, it is an active student organization at Ohio State University.</p>
