Historical Note

The Inter-Professional Council (IPC) is a student organization at Ohio State University that has existed since at least 1970. It is a student government organization for the six professional colleges at the Ohio State University: Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Optometry, Veterinary Medicine, and Pharmacy. The IPC offers numerous services ranging from funding professional development (research, service, externships, etc.), to hosting social events, service events, and serving as a voice for professional students in all relevant University committees, such as the University Senate. As of 2018, the Inter-Professional Council is an active student organization.
