The Lloyd Fisher Oral History Transcript and Audio Recordings discusses these experiences and others from his time as a student, and is available as both an audio recording and a transcript.</abstract>

            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Lloyd Edison Fisher (1923-2016) was a student at the Ohio State University who took advantage of the Stadium Scholarship Dormitories to help fund his college education. He was active in the cheerleading squad, Buckeye Art Players, and intramural sports. Lloyd was drafted into the United States Army in 1943, and as a result left school prior to graduation. He returned to school following World War Two by using funding from the GI Bill. Lloyd received his bachelors of science in business administration in 1948, and a law degree in 1949. Upon his return to Ohio State University following the war, Fisher was involved in Phi Delta Phi, and was the editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.</p>

            <head>Scope and Contents</head>
            <p>The Lloyd Fisher Oral History Transcript and Audio Recordings contains an interview with Lloyd Fisher regarding his time as a student at the Ohio State University. He discusses topics like how the Stadium Scholarship Dormitories allowed him to afford college, and the hard work he did to afford school. Lloyd also discussed how he left school upon being drafted into the Army, and how he returned to school following the end of World War Two thanks to the GI Bill. This collections consists of multiple copies of the oral history, as well as a transcript; it is also available in the Knowledge Bank.</p>
