            <p>James Howard McGregor (July 23, 1872-1954) was a student at Ohio State University who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1894. In 1895, McGregor was awarded one of the first two fellowships ever offered by the university; he had the title of Fellow and Assistant in Zoology and Entomology.</p>
