            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Harriett Daily Collins (1893-1962) was a student of arts at Ohio State University and graduated in 1919. After her graduation, Collins became the assistant secretary and associate editor of the Ohio State University Association, a position she held for twenty-four years, resigning in 1944. In 1953, Collins received the "Women of Achievement" award at Ohio State University.</p>
