            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>A. Lovell Elliott studied communications at Ohio State University and graduated in 1946. While at OSU, he was president of the 1945 senior class and was the Homecoming chairman in 1943. Elliott also served as the editor of Scarlet Fever, the campus humor magazine.</p>

            <p>The A. Lovell Elliott Papers contains three scrapbooks covering the time period from 1941, when Elliott was a senior at Waterville High School just before he matriculated to Ohio State University, through the 1946 OSU academic year. Also included is a 2017 oral history interview transcript and compact disc recording. In the interview, Elliott discusses his time as an undergraduate at OSU.</p>
