            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Anne Chasser was the director and establisher of The Ohio State University Licensing Program in 1982. In 1999, Chasser was nominated as Assistant Commissioner for Trademarks at the U.S. Department of Commerce under President Bill Clinton until 2005, where she then became the Associate Vice President for Intellectual Property at University of Cincinnati.</p>
