 Biographical Note

Michelle R. "Shelley" Graf (May 31, 1960) is the Team Leader of Rehabilitation Services at Wexner Medical Center at Ohio State University. Graf began her career at Ohio State in 1980, where she became the assistant drum major for the Ohio State Marching Band. Then, in 1981, Graf became the first female drum major at Ohio State. She then went on to become a physical therapist at Wexner Medical Center. Graf is a clinical instructor in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

 Scope and Contents

The Michelle R. "Shelley" Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc Recording, dated May 8, 2014, contains a transcript and audio recording on compact disc of an oral history interview of Michelle Graf. In it, Graf discusses her time at Ohio State as an undergraduate student, including her role as the first female drum major for the Ohio State University Marching Band.
