Bettina Bair (August 6, 1960) is a Senior Lecturer for Computer Science and Engineering for the College of Engineering at Ohio State University. She organized the Ohio Celebration of Women in Computing. Bair founded and supervises the group The Women in Computer Engineering, or TWICE. Bair has received two notable awards; in 2005, she was awarded with the Mary Ann Williams Woman’s Leadership Award, and then awarded with the Distinguished Diversity Enhancement Award in 2006. Bair has lectured for TED-Ed Originals by TEDTalks. She has written many articles over women in the role of computer sciences and advocates for women and employment in computer sciences. Bair received the Distinguished Diversity Enhancement Award from Ohio State University in 2006.
