        <bioghist id="ref7">
            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Robert Mosher Boyce (March 16, 1919-July 20, 2005) was a journalism student who enlisted in the United States Army in 1941 and served for almost four years, then returned to finish a degree in geology. He ended up dropping out and working for the United Press Wire Service, then returning and finishing his degree in English in 1950. Boyce later returned to campus as a journalist in the Office of Communications at Ohio State University, where he worked for thirty-one years. Boyce was a member of the Ohio State Faculty Club, Alumni Association, and Life Member of Ohio State Retirees Association.</p>

            <p>The Robert M. Boyce Oral History Transcript and Audiocassette Recording contains an interview between Boyce and Steve Sterrett on September 18, 2003. In this oral history, Boyce talks about his time as a student at Ohio State University, serving in the United States Army during World War Two, returning to campus after the war, and what it was like to work on campus during the riots of 1970.</p>
