            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Ferdinand “Andy” Geiger (born March 23, 1939) was the seventh athletic director at Ohio State University from 1994 until his retirement in 2005. Geiger also served as the assistant university vice president. Under Geiger’s tenure, he oversaw the construction of the Jerome Schottenstein Center, the McCorkle Aquatics Pavilion, the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium, the Bill Davis Baseball Stadium, and the Steelwood Athletic Training Facility, as well as major renovations to Ohio Stadium.</p>

In this interview, they discuss his time as the Ohio State University Athletic Director, and the improvements he made to the athletics program through the addition of several new athletic facilities to campus.</p>
