The Hazel Morrow-Jones Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc Recording dates from February 24, 2014. In it, Morrow-Jones specifically describes her experience as a graduate student at The Ohio State University from 1974 to 1980, not her later years as a member of faculty at The Ohio State University. Over these years, she pursued and received a Master’s degree and a Ph.D., both in Geography. She discusses her experience as a female graduate student at OSU during a time in which the gender demographics in academia were shifting so more females were becoming tenure-track faculty.
