Linda Anne Bernhard (1947-) was a faculty member in the Department of Women’s Studies and the College of Nursing at Ohio State University from 1987 to 2012.

 Scope and Contents

The Linda Bernhard Oral History Transcript and Compact Disc contains a printed transcript and audio recordings on compact disc of an oral history interview with Linda Bernhard, conducted by Alessandra Wollner on February 7, 2014. Linda Bernhard describes her career at the Ohio State University in a dual appointment in the Department of Women’s Studies and the College of Nursing. She also discusses the profession of nursing, the academic discipline of women’s studies, and the differences between the two areas in relation to her lesbianism. She also describes her family and educational background.
