Evelyn Blossom Freeman (1948-) served as professor and director of the College of Education's School of Teaching and Learning and Dean of the Mansfield Campus of Ohio State University. As of 2018, she was serving as Special Assistant for International Programs in the College of Education and Human Ecology.
