Biographical Note

Raymond Carroll Osburn (1872-1955) was a professor in the Department of Zoology and Entomology at Ohio State University. His research focused on bryozoa and aquatic biology.

Scope and Contents

The Raymond Carroll Osburn Papers contain correspondence, budget reports, a diary, photographs, notes, publications, and notebooks. Most of the material deals with Osburn's career in the Department of Zoology and Entomology, fishery laboratories, and fish research in Ohio.
