Emory Frederick Almy (1895-1964) was a professor of agricultural chemistry at Ohio State University. His research focus was on the chemistry of milk.

The Emory Almy Agricultural Chemistry Course Materials contain the two notebooks of course materials by Almy during his time teaching in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry. The notebooks are titled The Chemistry of Milk and Its Chief Constituents, 1937 and Physical Chemistry of Dairy Products, 1941.
